Ughhhhh paleo fail! … Just kidding!!! These are what I like to call my “Not French Fries” :))

Not French Fries, French Fries

Ingredients

Small jicama
Salt to taste
Juice of half a lime (more or less to taste)
1/4 tsp of smoked paprika

Directions:

It couldn’t be any easier than this.

Peel your jicama, I have no advice for this, sorry, just do it the best you can without cutting yourself.

Slice your jicama. I used a mandolin and made sticks, but you can make chip shapes or thinner sticks. How ever you like! I like sticks, I think this shape makes them taste best.

Put your jicama sticks in a resealable bag or box. Add the lime juice, a couple sprinkles of salt, smoked paprika, and shake It up.

Taste your jicama, add more paprika salt or lime of you desire!

Jicama makes an awesome snack while watching movies or studying. And it does the trick of keeping my hand out of a bag of chips or popcorn! :)

Hope you give this snack a try and that your family enjoys it as much as we do!

I know this LOOKS like dog food, but it’s delicious! This started as paleo pot’s crockpot spaghetti recipe, but since noooo supermarkets in my area had spaghetti squash I mashed an acorn squash with the meat sauce (no meatballs here, ain’t nobody got time for that). Then I threw leftover broccoli in to add some more veggies. It tastes awesome! And is non paleo husband approved!! Win!!

  • what the world thinks eating disorders are : simply not eating, or eating then throwing up your food.
  • what pro ana/mia's think eating disorders are like : Following da thin commandments!!!!! embracing ana, it's just a lifestyle, cake or collarbones????
  • what eating disorders are actually like : extreme self hatred, thinking about food 24/7, battling whether to eat for hours on end, sleepless nights, eating so much that your skin expands, failure, pooping to the point where your rear is raw, paranoia, isolation, bingeing purging, bingeing purging, throwing up so much that your nuckles are raw and bleeding, exercising and your whole body aches, shaking, being cold all the time, body aches, bloating, lying to everyone, constantly hungry and constantly denying everything good, crying at your reflection, and hating every inch of yourself.
